Green Garlic Salt

Ingredients:

1 head of green garlic

1 cup of salt


Want to add a bit of freshness to your next meal?

  1. Process one head of green garlic in a mixer until finely chopped.

  2. Scrape the garlic from the sides of the mixer, add about one cup of salt, and process until everything is evenly divided.

  3. Sprinkle a bit of fresh garlic salt onto fresh or roasted veggies with olive oil, or add it to a homemade garden pesto.

  4. Store in a cool place in an airtight container and enjoy!
