The quality of our harvest is of the upmost importance to Good Neighbor Gardens.
We are committed to responsible growing practices. And we believe that starting vegetables from the highest quality seed whenever possible is the best way to ensure that your food is organic and safe for your body and the environment. As the saying goes, "you are what you eat", so we pledge to do what we can to choose seeds and seedlings that have not been genetically modified (GMO-free) or grown with chemicals.
When seeds are freshly planted they require daily watering to maintain sufficient moisture levels for germination. Generally speaking, this will be a single week long daily commitment, our farmhands are able to advise specifically how much to water and how often, depending on the seed. A trickle style watering can is best for the task so the seeds remain stationary and are kept moist but not overwatered.
We want you to experience the joy of getting your hands a little dirty and wet while creating a bountiful harvest. We encourage you to grow the highest quality food with the most responsible and ethical practices, so together we can truly be good neighbors and the best environmental stewards.

Seeds & Abundance Consciousness
It is wise to learn by observing and interacting with Nature from a place of humble curiosity. When we do this, we recognize that seeds (and all of Nature, for that matter) are encoded with Abundance Consciousness.
A seed will demonstrate this teaching when it is planted in the ground, germinates, and eventually develops into plant life which becomes exponentially more bountiful than the original one small seed it derived from. One small seed holds the potential to nourish countless generations to come. Therefore, the Law of Abundance is self-evident in Nature.
When we look into Nature, we see the code of Abundance Consciousness everywhere we look. We are abundant by Nature!
